These are intended capabilities, not a guarantee of what will be included in the first release. Merchant listings, stock indications, accounts, prices and fulfilment arrangements depend on participating suppliers.

PRE-RELEASE TESTING · FUTURE INVITATIONS
Register interest in testing Nexus before release.
Selected plumbers may be invited to try an actual pre-release version of Nexus and share feedback. This would be a future testing programme, not the interactive example above.
Different from the demo: The demo above is available to explore now. Pre-release testing would involve access to a test version of Nexus after selected invitations are sent.

Nexus is still being developed. Here are a few useful things to know about the planned service — and a direct way to ask anything we haven't answered.
Is Nexus available to use right now?
Nexus is in development. The public release is currently targeted for early 2027, subject to product readiness. You can register interest in beta testing or subscribe for launch updates.
Can I order from merchants I already use?
That is part of the intended experience where your merchant participates. Supported trade accounts, pricing arrangements and product availability depend on the participating merchant.
Is the stock information updated live?
Not necessarily. The platform may use stock information supplied periodically by merchants. We intend to make the limits of availability information clear rather than imply a live guarantee.
Who delivers the materials?
Orders may be collected or delivered by the participating merchant where available. Nexus does not operate its own delivery fleet.
Does registering for beta guarantee early access?
No. Registering lets the team know you're interested. Testing opportunities, eligibility and timing are subject to confirmation.
What will I receive if I subscribe?
The intention is to share product development and launch updates. A marketing subscription is optional and separate from prize-draw entry or beta-test interest.
